nearly a quarter million students served. We have the tools to arrange a quality, affordable tour that is both fun and educationally rewarding. For our musical groups, we can
arrange participation in a quality festival and/or public performance venue.
Your payments to us are
covered under the Student Youth Travel Association bonding program (conditions apply).
We pledge to work with you in planning the itinerary for your trip.
You are protected from liability: A.T.S. carries a Professional liability insurance policy. In addition, A.T.S. carries a Professional Errors and Omissions insurance policy as further protection.
You'll never be surprised: A.T.S. provides you with a specific list of the items which are included in your trip cost.
We offer a complimentary chaperone ratio that is both realistic and useful for school groups (trip costs with different ratios are available upon request).
We're familiar with the special needs of student groups: The A.T.S. office/sales staff has
nearly 50 years of classroom combined teaching experience.
You'll know what to expect: A.T.S. provides you with a day-by-day itinerary as well as information regarding the bus company, hotels, restaurants and attractions we'll use for your trip.
You'll feel comfortable with our service and integrity: We'll gladly provide you with a list of groups from your area who have traveled with us recently.
You'll not be on your own when you arrive: Your trip will be escorted by an experienced professional who is both knowledgeable about your destination and is good with students.
A.T.S. offers two types of
optional travel insurance that are specially tailored to and priced for the student market.
- Comprehensive Trip Cancellation Insurance includes benefits for trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage, travel delay, baggage delay, accident medical,
and 24-hour travel assistance service. (cost determined by the total cost of your trip)

Post Departure Travel Insurance includes all the Comprehensive benefits except Trip Cancellation. It is ideal for groups looking to maximize their coverage
once the trip begins.

Cost determined by the total number of days of your trip
and trip cost. Ask your A.T.S. travel planner for more details and costs.
We do not combine your group with another without your prior approval.

Procedures for all of our educational and performance travel programs are essentially the same and they all begin with a contact from you.
- Give us a call and discuss with us your particular group's travel wishes, desires and economic needs. We'll in turn send you a customized itinerary with a specific cost from your school for your group size as well as a sample parent letter.

Meet with your students and/or parents and gauge interest in the trip(s) we have discussed. If there is sufficient interest and commitment, choose your destination and travel dates.

Give us a return call to confirm your trip destination and travel dates. We'll send you a Travel Agreement, Participant Enrollment Form, payment schedule and rooming list form.

We'll keep in touch with each other during the school year. You'll receive a final itinerary (and airline tickets if you're flying) approximately two (2) weeks before departure.
