All Y.E.S. programs are designed for elementary, middle and high school levels*. Unless noted otherwise, programs are 3 hours in length. A minimum of 10 students are required unless otherwise stated*.

Your group stays in excellent hotels that are experienced in accommodating student groups. Disney's All-Star Resorts: Music, Movies and Sports or Disney's Caribbean Beach and Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter accommodations are available at additional cost.

A professional full-time (24-hours/day) local Tour Director is assigned to your group alone while in Orlando to assist you.

Breakfasts (deluxe continental or buffet) are included in your trip price.

Counter service meal coupons¹ are provided for convenient in-the-park meals.

You choose your dates of travel.

Itineraries are customized to meet the interests and specific needs of your group

Free promotional materials (park maps, videos, registration forms).

We can assist in arranging round-trip transportation by motorcoach from your school or departure point or round-trip air transportation from a nearby airport (with local motorcoach transportation/transfers in Orlando from an airport nearby).

Insurances, including PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY and ERRORS and OMISSIONS are included in your package. Optional COMPREHENSIVE and POST DEPARTURE TRAVEL INSURANCE² can be included for a small additional fee.

All admissions, fees, taxes and gratuities are included (excluding gratuities for your tour director). It's a discretionary matter for you to determine if the tour director has done a satisfactory job or gone above and beyond your expectations and to reward the tour director accordingly.

Additional fee options such as Medieval Times Dinner Theatre and Tournament, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Arabian Nights, Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Theater, cookouts/BBQs, Blue Man Group, Sea World Adventure Park, Busch Gardens -Tampa, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, Wet'n Wild Water Park, Aquatica Water Park,  nightly security, Cocoa Beach/Ron Jon Surf Shop, Kennedy Space Center, other parks, swamp cruises, etc., are available.

Extra days and/or additional seminar programs may be added for an additional fee to any proposal or trip itinerary


¹Disney offers three convenient ways to purchase meals as part of a package inside the parks and at the Disney resorts. Counter Service Meal Coupons are included in your package. Disney Dining Cards and Disney Dollars are optional ways to purchase your meals. In either of the latter two options, you designate the dollar value you want for your group beginning at $5 and going up to $1,500. Ask about these features when you inquire about your group's trip.
 

²Comprehensive and Post Departure Travel Insurance can be included (for an additional fee) in your trip as well. Post Departure Travel Insurance covers the following once the trip is in progress: Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Missed Connection, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Emergency Accident & Sickness Medical Expenses, Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation, and Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services. Limits are placed on each feature above and will be explained in your right of refusal letter included with your booking paperwork. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is available for an additional fee. It includes everything listed in the Post Departure Travel Insurance Plan plus Trip Cancellation coverage and becomes effective on the day of application.
