And each year select groups meeting Disney's entertainment guidelines are featured as "honorary cast members" in marching and stage performance venues throughout the Walt Disney World

Performing Arts Workshops

Not only can your group perform at Walt Disney World Resort but you can also give your students the rare experience of studying with a Walt Disney World Resort professional entertainer!

Disney Performing Arts workshops offer your students the opportunity to participate in eight hands-on educational experiences backstage where the music begins! For a minimal fee of  $22.50 (*$32.50 for the asterisked programs  below) per person, you'll get an up-close look at the world of Disney Entertainment as it applies to vocal, dance, drama and instrumental ensembles.

Group minimums do apply for each workshop!

Choose from one of the following: You're Instrumental, Disney's Performance Fundamentals, Jazz It Up*, Disney's Featured Performance Series, Disney Sings, Disney's Show Choir Magic*, Disney's Auxilleration and Disney Dancin´. All are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours in length and are the perfect way to complete your educational experience!

** Base Ticket allows guests ONE theme park admission PER DAY for the number of days on the ticket.

For an additional fee:

Park Hopping allows guests to come and go as they please through all four Disney theme parks on the same day, for the number of days on the ticket.

Magic Plus Pack allows guests to experience Disney Water Parks and DisneyQuest. On a 2 or 3 Day ticket, two (2) experiences are included. On a 4 or 5 Day ticket, three (3) experiences are included.

Park Hopping & Magic Plus Pack (combined) allows guests the opportunity to take advantage of both Park Hopping and Magic Plus Pack experiences.

Insurances, including PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY and ERRORS and OMISSIONS are included in your package. Optional COMPREHENSIVE and POST DEPARTURE TRAVEL INSURANCE² can be included for a small additional fee.
All admissions, fees, taxes and gratuities are included (excluding gratuities for your tour director). It's a discretionary matter for you to determine if the tour director has done a satisfactory job or gone above and beyond your expectations and to reward the tour director accordingly.
Additional fee options such as Medieval Times Dinner Theatre and Tournament, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Dixie Stampede, Arabian Nights, Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Theater, cookouts/BBQs, nightly security, Cocoa Beach/Ron Jon Surf Shop, Kennedy Space Center, swamp cruises, etc., are available
Extra days and/or additional performances or workshop programs may be added for an additional cost to any proposal or trip itinerary

 


¹NEW!! Starting in October 2006 Disney will begin offering Disney Dining Cards as an option to the Counter Service Meal Coupons. You designate the dollar value you want for your group in $1 increments beginning at $5 and going up to $1,500. They will only be valid for food purchases throughout the Walt Disney World parks and resorts with the exception of refillable souvenir drink mugs offered at the resorts. Ask about this new feature when you inquire about your group's trip.

²Comprehensive and Post Departure Travel Insurance can be included (for an additional fee) in your trip as well. Post Departure Travel Insurance covers the following once the trip is in progress: Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Missed Connection, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Emergency Accident & Sickness Medical Expenses, Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation, and Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services. Limits are placed on each feature above and will be explained in your right of refusal letter included with your booking paperwork. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is available for an additional fee. It includes everything listed in the Post Departure Travel Insurance Plan plus Trip Cancellation coverage and becomes effective on the day of application.
